+ Determine optimal product placement ( when , where, how )
+ Develop optimal strategies for promotion.

+ customer surveys ( online, one -on-one interview and also sell phone )
+ Web-savvy business such as Social media, Facebook, Twitter, Linkedln.
+ Focus group can collect very useful information but are different to organize and expensive.
+ Direct observation (watching or video recording customer in natural setting such as a store front)

1. McDonald's made manu change and no longer sells chicken products containing human antibiotics or other ingredients.
2. Lego was an enormously successful product with young boys, but was popular with only 10% of female children. Later, they have a new produce became a huge success and the share of female lego user increased sharply.

Halloween Traditions
Actually, we do have Halloween but we don't have trick or treat in Thailand. so i didn't do a lot of fun stuff in Thailand but last year, i was exchange student in Oklahoma and i went to trick or treat. i had a lot of fun with my host family and also i'll have a lot of fun with this year too. i like to watch scary movie including The conjuring, Anna bell and The boy. i dont really know what is my favorite costume. if i can pick, i will say Vampire or zombie. i did go to the pumpkin patch but i would like to go to.

(people want to be with each other but also else where
*Hiding from each other
(Across the generation," I see that people can't get enough of each other
*Goldilocks effect
(Just right~ means develop face to face relationships
*Someday, but certainly not now,"I would like to learn now to have a conversation"

*We use conversation to learn each other and get know people better.
*No one listen
( From most of the people just chat or text to each other but one listen to each other that why we have facebook or twitter.

because technology appeals to us most

* If we don't teach our children to be alone they will only know how to be lonely
